A Season of Change: Having Faith in your Labor

One of the most satisfying feelings is seeing the harvest from your labor. Whether it’s saving, working out, school or a promotion, knowing your reward has finally come is a feeling like no other.

As the new season continues, you may have noticed changes in your life that you have also been eagerly waiting for. For example, I have been growing my small pumpkin for weeks so that I can use it as decoration for my home. Throughout me eagerly awaiting my little pumpkin, I had doubts about how it would grow. These doubts ranged from whether I was putting enough work in, if the environment for it was just fine, or even if I should be growing a pumpkin at all!

It seems silly to worry about such things, but in life we must have confidence in our labor. When you start something, you must follow through. Confidence in a seed you have planted (metaphorically speaking) is the result of what we have been thinking and speaking in the past. Do you speak positively about your life? When was the last time you told yourself, “I can do this” and meant it?

New seasons come with new territories that must be conquered, and we must have confidence when conquering the big and small things in life. We have to plan ahead, which will allow us to stay inspired. Have faith in the work you put in today, as it will create a bountiful harvest in the future!
